The person behind the name
We put our name on our work.
White's A/C is a family-owned, Christian-operated Florida HVAC company built around craftsmanship, clear communication, and personal responsibility.
The family behind the name
Local work. Personal responsibility.
White's A/C carries Jacob and Rizza's family name. Jacob is involved in the business every day, and the name on the truck is the name behind the work.
That personal responsibility belongs beside modern HVAC knowledge, current diagnostic instruments, and careful installation practices.
Our Christian faith quietly shapes how we do business: speak honestly, keep our word, treat every family with dignity, and serve our neighbors well.

Family, Florida, and the home we're building.
What that means at your home
Craftsmanship you can feel.
Understand the system first.
We begin with what the equipment is actually doing before recommending what to buy.
Know the reason why.
You should understand the problem, the practical paths forward, and the reason for the recommendation.
Responsibility after the work.
The White family name stays attached to the workmanship and the way your home is treated.
Independently owned
Why it matters who owns your HVAC company.
Over the last several years, private equity firms have been buying HVAC contractors in large numbers. Many of the biggest regional companies now belong to multi-state groups, and most keep the local name customers already know.
That is not always bad for a customer, but it does change who the company answers to, and it can make comparison shopping misleading: when several companies in town are quietly owned by the same investment group, getting three quotes may just mean getting the same quote three times. White's A/C has no private equity owners and no outside investors. It is owned by Jacob and Rizza White.
If you are not sure who owns the company you are about to hire, ask them. It is a fair question.
